This is a very special week because this week on March 8/9 is the beginning date of the 9th and final Wave of the Mayan Calendar (the Wave of Unity Consciousness.) We have been feeling the affects of this wave on our planet intensely since the onset 2011 as waves of hearts united in protests for change for one reason or another across the planet.
It doesn’t matter particularly what your point of view or belief system is or even why you gathered as one. The amazing thing is that masses of people are coming together. As our reality shifts and the consciousness rises, a new reality is beginning to take shape on our planet. This isn’t necessarily about intentions, prayers and activations but rather it is about knowing and expanding the unity consciousness in every way from your heart outward. I have many You Tube Videos (http://www.youtube.com/user/Heartlights99) and Reflections (http://heartlights.net/reflections.html) on this subject so please explore them all for more insight and inspiration.
Of course, as most of you know, I was to be in Egypt for this event but obviously that is not where I am to be. It is what I am connected to inside my heart as this doorway opens that matters. I have two wonderful links below for you to choose a way to connect across the world and actively participate in Unity Consciousness over the next several days. I plan to connect with both. To me this about truly embracing the God within you and as my friend Ellen says practice “godding” in all you do, think and feel as much as possible. As read this more deeply my understanding moved beyond the surface to a clarity of vision that might serve us all to take a look at this Monday morning. Here’s the thing, I have discovered in my own life that if you focus on your planetary mission and the important purpose you came here to activate, you miss your power place. On the other hand, if you focus on your experiences and all the opportunities for conscious change and love they bring to your life and if you allow these moments to open your heart to love and compassion for all beings and life, you are making something happen…the shift we have all been feeling, watching, experiencing and understanding…the Shift back into the heart…the living heart of God that beats inside your own solar heart. Is there a more important creation? Is there anything more powerful.
Thoughts to ponder this Monday morning. Stop looking for your soul’s purpose and live it in every moment and with every experience as you create your own new reality. It really is that simple.

As I mentioned last week, Egypt is huge
in my field and in my heart right now as I experience the protests not only
from a personal point of view but realize it is the beginning of a huge
planetary shift of consciousness. When I asked Ezekiel for understanding,
he shared the wisdom quoted above. The schism and wound in humanity is
deep and ancient (from our separation from Creator) and we will all go deeply
into that pain of separation in ourselves, in our lives and on our planet to

As in any situation, there are many factions intending to use this heart-felt protest and unity to their own advantage. It seems to be all about power and control and yet the only real power is the power of the heart. The reflection for me personally is all the disenfranchised parts of me trying to take control of my thoughts and feelings. Truly, only we when we stop and embrace all factions and walk through our fears to bring them into love will we have peace and unity.
This Monday morning bring Egypt’s people into your heart as you also bring those parts of yourself that want to judge, reject, and control those who seem to create your pain. Hint here: You don’t have to be in a situation that upsets you to bring the players in the game into your heart. Dive deeply into your own pain and you will find there only love. Take responsibility for your wound. You will feel better and our planets deep wound will more readily heal.

This is a excerpt from a poem I used a few months ago called A Spiritual Conspiracy. As I was pondering how to begin to share my feelings about the chaos and protest rocking the Arab world right now and in particular my beloved Egypt, this part of the poem jumped back out at me.
To tell you my own emotions are in chaos now is an under statement and yet my heart is calm in the knowing that everything is unfolding just as it is to be, just as we created it. I feel like the Tower Card in the Tarot deck right now watching the explosion of the illusion crumbling all around me while I sit calmly (mostly) in the lotus position breathing into my heart. I am both excited by this wave of revolution and uncertain about it also. Love joins with EVERYTHING including the monster of war and uprisings. It is all part of love.
My upcoming journey to Egypt was to activate the doorway
of Unity Consciousness in our hearts on these scared vortexes on March 9th
the beginning of the 9th and final wave of evolution on our
planet.. Spirit, in its wisdom, has

This is so funny and yet it is also disturbingly true. I love the ability of some of the comedians of the world who can take the most disturbing facts and throw them at us to make us laugh. And yet their aim is so good that the message often sticks. John Stewart is another of my favorites for that very reason. That George Carlin moment gave me food for thought.
Now while I would not go as far as to throw out the baby with bath here, the dogma of our institutions no longer serves us in many ways and certainly in overall affect. Dogma is authoritative and not be questioned, disputed or diverged from. This is true only if we allow our institutions to define us. It is time for us to define our institutions.
The good news is I see this shift happening. I see people everywhere taking their power back and redefining themselves and their own inner dogma.

As I pondered the drama of the Arizona shootings this week, Rumi’s words sang into my heart. In every experience there is the open door to shift, to open hearts, to look inside your own light for truth and to bring everyone involved into love and compassion moving through judgment and duality into that field of unity and community.
I am hearing lots of wonderful shifts in people connected to compassion for the Representative, the 9 year-old girl, the federal judge and their families as well as the community of Tucson but where I wonder is the love and compassion for Jared Loughner and his family and their journey into mental illness, grief and pain? What you hear is perhaps that they should have been more aware parents and this would not have happened. This abandoned and sick human being sits alone and empty in a cell absorbing all the blame directed at him.
This Monday morning look into your heart and see if you can bring Jared and anyone you are holding in blame and resentment into Rumi’s field, the field of your divine heart. Sit in your heart until you can bring this into Rumi’s field and Then and only then can you honestly say you have shifted and made it through the portal of the 9th Wave into unity consciousness. Never send to know for whom the bell tolls. It tolls for thee.

This is an important aspect of Unity Consciousness to fully understand as we step into conscious co-creation during this shift. It is important to remember we are not talking about following the mass collective unconscious but becoming the most spectacular individuals we can as we live from our hearts and connect and accept everyone else’s unique journey on the way.
Our life paths are very particular as each one of us has their own vibration and purpose within the activations on our planet. Mine in particular is forming a group heart and integrating the emotional field within to bring stability and harmony. I am just one unique snow flake among many that make up the white blanket of love and compassion covering and changing our earth right now. Take a moment this Monday morning to define your unique journey and to open your heart to all those who walk a different path. Being in Unity does not mean being one! Celebrate the differences.

It strikes me that during this great shift we presently find ourselves immersed in, perhaps the time for searching is complete. We are ending over 14 billion years of evolution and the old is crumbling under our feet as we are creating the new. (Remember when the word billion seemed too big to imagine)! Everyone wants to know what is going to happen and how this is going to play out so they can feel comfortable. Truthfully, I doubt anyone knows exactly how the shift will play out and yet the predications fly. We are challenged to “make everything all right again” in these uncertain times. The answer is as it is always has been throughout time. We find our way by finding that God Source that lives in our hearts and residing within this loving embrace as much as possible.
It came to me while feeling my way through this, that this shift is much like being pregnant and moving into the birthing experience. We have awaited this event almost since we were old enough to know it was possible. As many of us who have given birth can attest, we are so excited for our new creation to arrive yet filled with anxiety because, after all, there are no guarantees. The future is very uncertain in many ways and yet the baby is coming. We have watched films, read books, taken classes on how to breathe our way through, but each of us goes through our tunnel of uncertainty and concern until finally the baby arrives. As we all know (in my case this was certainly true!) so much can go differently than we’ve planned or thought about. And yet…birth we will. So feel the excitement. Trust in the process. Breathe through the fears and concerns and tap into your heart as often as you can. I feel 2011 is that moment when the baby enters the birth canal and the miracle of birth is quickening.
Have a joyous New Year and as you step across the threshold of 1-1-11, know it is a glorious new beginning. Join hearts in celebration and love with folks all around as we welcome Unity Consciousness into our hearts, into our lives and onto our planet!

If all there is, is love (and yes even fear and anger are vibrations of love) then the way to live in this love and see it in ALL things is to find the emotional blocks and patterns within ourselves that sabotage and separate us from experiencing this as our reality.
But then again, how do we get there. Most of us believe it and yet… This brings me back to the name Ezekiel gave me long ago for the body of work I chose to do with the human emotional field: To Love It All. It isn’t about saying you love and blocking out what doesn’t fit. Rather it is about learning to love the unlovable and bringing it into love. Folks ask me all the time why they can’t make a living moving into their passion and spiritual gifts. I say they can if they are willing to experience a life that they have never ventured to open too. As we create the new reality we must create out of the matrix of the old one. It’s never easy to break through the frequency fence of programmed thought. Emotions can either keep your in place or catapult you further. I choose the later.
Tomorrow wake up and dare to do what you have never dared to do before. Take a big or a small step through a matrix and feel the freedom of the shift lift you.

No one else you know can totally understand your reality, so don't be discouraged or disappointed that they can't provide the support or encouragement you may be looking for. Ezekiel/NJ This follows right along with last week’s message and yet goes a step deeper. You are your real support and it is the faith you have in your own journey that makes you remarkable. When we are most disappointed that our partners or closest friends don’t understand us is when are creating neediness in our hearts. If they don’t support and understand me, who will? You know, of course, that you are the person you have waited for.

There is something very freeing about taking on a different persona other than one you carry around every day. It’s why we all love Halloween. It frees our imagination to allow us out of the box. We give ourselves permission to act with abandon when we are disguised. After reading Thurman’s words, I felt we are really afraid to live passionately. We really don’t need a disguise to come alive. Nothing is stopping us but our own resistance to living as we feel.
Be honest with yourself! Think of all the ways you suppress your enthusiasm (Isn’t that a show…Curb Your Enthusiasm?) Why wait for another Halloween, allow yourself to do one truly passionate and spontaneous thing you always wanted to do without a disguise this week have some fun with this one. Let’s hear from you! I love this one especially since my biggest and most painful personal trigger is blame. Previously if I felt someone was blaming me for something (doesn’t even matter what) I would be on the offensive in a heart beat. (Anything but that!) Now I know better and I have embraced my choices and I am willing to take on whatever these choices have created in my life. Sounds simple but it has taken me over 20 years to become adept at it.
This Monday morning look at where you are in pain and own it. As you know, it isn’t about ANYONE else but you! Explore your creation and follow the thread back into your own actions and thoughts… A challenge for this last Monday in October but one well worth your time.
This past week, 33 miners from Chili were rescued after just over 66 days of confinement close to a mile below the earth as the entire world watched and prayed. Amazing in its own right, but there is much more to it than that. This experience activated and anchored the 9th wave of unity consciousness deep within the earth and deep within our hearts.

Happening as it did, shortly after the July 17th Conscious Convergence opening the field of Unity Consciousness on earth, these miners showed us all it is possible to move through you judgments and emotions and act in the interest of ALL to create a new reality. They all agreed as souls to this harrowing experience as they were trapped in a limited space feeling much fear and turmoil. Moving through this chaos, they settled in and became a cohesive, compassionate and well working group that acted as one while holding onto to their unique individuality. They emerged to a cheering world yet one where the families were fighting and disagreements were running ramped amidst the cheers. Now comes the work of integration.
Take a moment this Monday morning to realize where in your own life it is time to go deeply and stay within until you come into unity with your own thoughts and feelings. And then as you emerge, from your own shift, it’s time to come into the light and the real journey of integrations begins.

Yes, we often want a change but no we don’t want to risk changing the things that will create this shift. YIKES! This Monday morning, find a place in your life where you really want to make a change and then listen to your ego’s banter telling you all the reasons it isn’t possible! “ I’ll get fired. My wife will leave me. My daughter will be angry at me. My friend won’t talk to me anymore. I will be broke” On and on your mind will travel. I invite you to ask change to become your playmate for the week and dance with its offerings. After all, you say you want to shift and create the New Reality. Obviously it can’t be done without risk and change.

This week coming up is a powerful one. One September 22 we will usher in Fall Equinox in the beautiful bloom of the full moon. I am looking forward to the Magical Flow Fall Equinox, Full Moon Retreat in Lake Cumberland, Kentucky with my friend Julie and yet, these past few days, I have had a deep sadness. I know all of you have been there. It’s not necessarily related to any event or experience you can call to mind but its there just the same.
This morning I was battling my logical mind creating the “what do you have to be sad about!” scenario. As I sat wondering what to share with you this morning I opened my Novel, The Wounded Heart right to this quote! Now I know what I am excited to share with you. The amazing journey of sadness.

During these times of shift, uncertainty and creation all wrapped in one bundle, it is important to remember Mother Earth’s message to us. As we are going through these tremendous changes, certainly Gaia is also. The difference is the point of consciousness from which we each experience these things for she knows that this change is all needed and agreed on in all times lines to push us into remembering who we are and why we have come to planet earth as this time. She bleeds her ancient oil carrying with it understanding and compassion. This is not a crises, but perhaps an opportunity.
We have come to work hand-in-hand with Gaia in all her bounty so we don’t repeat the patterns that have defeated us time and time again. If you are in crises, this is you power place. It’s time to feel its gifts and dive into it’s depths for it is within that space that you will find that the doorway and shift your crises into the energy of creation. It’s kind of like that old saying, “It’s not seeing new landscapes but seeing the present landscape through NEW eyes!” The choice is always there. Integrate your emotional fields so you can choose wisely.
