Directions are specified and defined by usage in some ways.  In astrology there are cardinal points delineating direction.  On the compass they are points of location on our earth.  To aboriginal cultures they have meaning and vibration.  In the void or expanded vibrations, just as there is no time or space, there are no directions.

I have been using an inner directional system that Ezekiel gave me some years back that I connect to the Native American directions every day.  This seems to be more of a Universal placement in the cosmos of our heart from which all creation blooms.  So this Memorial Day weekend here in the USA, I have been guided to share this with all of you.  Give it a try and N’Joy!  There is something very grounding and expanding about this ritual integrating the illusion without and the reality within.

You can sit or stand in a sacred location in your home or on your land and begin by facing North (Not too sure why it was given to me this way but it certainly is powerful) Palms crossed over my heart.

I bring the North/Consciousness into my heart.

I bring East/Creation into my heart.

I bring South/Manifestation into my heart

I bring West/Integration into my heart.

I bring Above (galactic)/ expansion into my heart.

I bring Below/ Gaia-Awareness into my heart.

I bring Within/ my I am Presence which is my heart.

Just breathe in this space.  Palms crossed over your heart.  Hmmmmm.

I have been in a wildly fantastic, blissful and joyful place for some time now.  How amazing is that?  Following this thread of “feel good” this morning as the rising sun caught the shadow of the solar eclipse (May 20^th), I felt enlivened by the playfulness of the shadow and the light. “This is magic!” I thought and then I realized the magic was my own I am presence. My awareness of its existence.

I have talked to many friends lately that are feeling and experiencing this undeniable grace as an undercurrent even when there may be chaos and  dramas in their lives. That’s how I know the frequency of the heart and of this planet have changed.  This is true integration. Both things existing in the same moment and that moment as Rumi says is love.  Be crazy with it.

If you are not in this place or have lost that thread, it is still there and more easily reached than ever before. It’s almost as simple as a choice you make.  So, acknowledge the drama, the uncomfortable feelings and then choose to change and transform them.  Begin with gratitude.  Focus on all the wonderful things in your world. If you believe there are none, your ego has taken control.  This is not the truth.  Refuse to believe it.  Start with one simple thing and allow the shadow to bring the light into focus.

 Who could not feel good about the breeze rustling emerald green leaves under a crystal blue sky?  I am watching a blue bird couple build a nest right outside my office window.  The come every year to remind me that there is always an opportunity to build a new consciousness and seed it with eggs ready to burst forth.

So, if you are not feeling the magic this morning, it is you who have lost connection with it. It is still there are strong a flow as ever. I am not talking “love and light” here to cover the painful feelings so much as the integration of all things into a new frequency that is taking over the earth despite outside realities. There is a thread of bliss stitching up the wounds and creating a new reality.   Let me know if you are feeling it.  If you are, keep right on sewing and singing.

“I didn’t say it was your fault.  I said I was going to BLAME you.”  From a Refrigerator magnet I recently purchased.

When I saw this in a novelty store, I just couldn’t stop smiling.  In the rather snide comment there was potent truth.  The more I looked at the magnet, the more powerful that statement became.  Blame is such an insidious reflex for almost all of us when we feel threatened.  If we made a mistake it’s hard to accept responsibility often times so we become conditioned to making excuses, I only did that because…and so on.  On the other side of the fence, if we are upset about something it is so much easier to blame someone else rather than take responsibility for it ourselves.  If you are creators as most of you reading this understand yourselves to be, then everything you experience you attracted with your consciousness, thoughts, intentions and feelings.  So why blame another?

It’s time to take stock of this very dysfunctional mind patter we all become embroiled in.  Why not pretend there is no such word? If you are upset, look to yourselves for the answer. If you are at fault for something, own it.  That really feels much better.     My husband Mark and I have been working on this one diligently for a while now as we discovered this particular pattern has caused so much resentment in our relationship. If you feel someone else’s behavior has caused you harm, look more deeply into the pattern you have with this person.  I guarantee you will be amazed at what you uncover if you are willing not to buy into your ego’s drama of self righteousness.

When you hear yourself either inside your mind our speaking out loud blaming someone for what you’re are experiencing or feeling, become conscious of the “blame game” and own it has a habit or pattern you are shifting.  Right then and there is your power point.  Release the blame directed outward, and take a deep breath. Ask what you are afraid of that caused you to activate the blame. Re-frame the situation while taking complete responsibility for your feelings.  If you don’t understand how you attracted the discomfort, just keep breathing and focus on your I am Presence.  Soon your will either understand and/or the need to blame will have evaporated.  Either way you are on your way to better relationships with those you love and most importantly with yourself.

Nancy Joy’s Video  No New Video This Week/Out of town

I am heading off to Eureka Springs and Hot Springs Arkansas to meet some friends and celebrate the Wesak Full Moon on Saturday, May 5^th.  We are doing a trek to activate and connect with a series of crystals there anchoring the grid for what ever 2012 and 2013 may bring as we create the new earth.

One of my Reflections subscribers wrote to me recently to share how she was using the almost two hundred You Tube Reflections videos as a video divination tool.  I guess you could say this is the latest in divination. Instead of Tarot, Medicine, or Angel cards, now there are “video cards”.  Since she shared her discovery, I decided to give it a try myself when I am out of sorts and need a little nudge. And, yes, even I am amazed how I just scroll through all the videos WITHOUT reading the titles (She closes her eyes but I am not that good) and stop as guided and, of course, what I hear is always on the mark.
