My Reflections a few weeks ago about the conscious transformation of the eagle brought up a lot of response including the information that it’s not actually the way the eagle transforms.  The feeling though that most responded to, was that busting up our old thought forms can be difficult and to do it we have to be conscious to create our new thought forms i.e. transform. 

Well now more information about the caterpillars journey into the butterfly came my way bringing with it even more incredible information.  This came to me via my friend, Mary Kirkpatrick’s Messages from Gaia 

This (our current times) is like the last ditch effort of a last phase of civilization. It’s a last gasp, really. I often use the metaphor of a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. A caterpillar crunches its way through an ecosystem; it’s very destructive. It eats 300 times its weight a day until it’s so bloated that it hangs itself upside down and goes to sleep. Its skin turns into a hardened chrysalis. Then in its body you get these “imaginal” cells forming. Biologists actually call them that; then the body of the caterpillar becomes a nutritive soup for those imaginal cells.

What’s important about this is that the old and new co-exist for a while. It’s the job of the caterpillar to try to preserve its life. It’s a desperate government we have now, trying to control oil in the Middle East and promote nuclear energy. They know better but they have to play out their role of protecting themselves. It’s their job.

And if you love butterflies, you don’t go around stepping on caterpillars! So, we can’t hate them. It doesn’t do any good. But if you want alternative energy, you don’t ask an oil economy administration to produce it for you. We have to produce it. We imaginal cells have to show that it’s cheaper, more effective. Our job is to build the new world!

Exactly!  We are imaginal (conscious) cells!  The butterfly and the eagle: Both forms of transformation are necessary as we shift. And I love how this reminds us not to become dualistic and adversarial towards the powers the pushed us into creation.  We created them also and both will exist together now in our nutritive soup as we shift.  Whew! What a relief. If those folks hadn’t been so greedy and destructive in their obsession for more, perhaps we would never have awakened our imaginal cells.  Rock on! When this dream and the dolphin message first drew me to engage with them in the Caribbean waters, they became my teachers for many years to come at so many subtle and profound levels. One of my first experiences swimming with the spotted dolphins back in April, 1994 changed my life in profound ways.

 While enjoying my first extended interaction with the spotted dolphins, four of them singled me out and, as they swam beside, above and below me.  I realized that they were wanting me to play a game of follow-the-leader. First one would spin around and then I would spin my body.  They would dive.  I would dive and so on.  Soon, I decided to lead and I started blowing bubbles out of my snorkel.  Soon they were all blowing bubbles also.  Of course I would surface more frequently to breathe and then return to the game.  At one point these four dolphins began making very close eye contract with me and soon surrounded me and began to swim very fast (for me anyway). I felt they created a high frequency field around me and I was being pulled right along with them.  This went on for seemingly quite a while.  I completely forgot my need to breathe as I had was totally absorbed in my connection with them.  When I suddenly realized I hadn’t taken a breath, I felt my lungs tightened and I clawed my way to the surface, gasping for air as I broke the surface.  Lesson One: Anything is possible when you are out of your programmed mind and swimming in the moment.

It is said that the cetaceans (whales, dolphins, manatees) have  already evolved through the “God realization” phase of soul evolution now approaching humanity and have achieved a perfect state of harmony with their environment living in our oceans holding the field of a state of grace for us to evolve into.  All their needs are met through their consciousness.  They teach us how to connect with this source within through conscious breath. They teach us to use sound and vibration to communicate not only with one another but with creation itself.

I have learned so very much from my dolphin brothers and sisters and I share more amazing stories in this week’s video, in my book The Wounded Heart, and on my web site.  The dolphins have recently called me back to join them. This time in Bimini which holds the fabled energy of Atlantis and the cellular wounds many of us carry.  This calling coincides with the heliacal rising of Sirius, the Dog Star, from which the cetaceans came to earth millions of years before human kind to build a field of Grace and consciousness in our oceans for our evolutionary changes.  They are the bridge between earth and the wisdom of the stars and it is at this particular time every year that the connection and communication is most clear.

Hand Clow’s new book is gripping to say the least! But this particular part of the book really struck a home run in my life.  I guess I never really considered how much we are conditioned  to avoid our pain and our challenges and hold fast to the status quo. I know we all do this, but I had never considered the conditioning involved. When we get rattled, we look to be rescued by the government, the church, our caretakers, bail outs (banks aren’t the only ones folks) etc rather than facing into the changes needed to put us back on track because we will have to give up something we have become accustomed to!

 In order for us to connect with the higher frequencies of the new paradise on earth which comes with the activation of our subtle glands (the hypothalamus and the thymus), we are all being challenged now to clear our emotional bodies so our physical bodies can handle the secretion of these gland.  The more we resist our own inner shift the more difficult the outer circumstances seem to be for us.

In my life right now there are two outer challenges that have been dogging me for quite some time and they have both heated up again this very week.  I will share one of these in my video but this message from Hand Clow reminded me that this challenge is a golden opportunity to face into my resistance and fears and feel the swish of those great new frequencies more fully and powerfully.  We should all be welcoming these situations we have created but we are conditioned to feel fear and think that we are getting hammered.

When we really turn inside to look at our fears, I mean it is almost laughable as we realize our mind patterns have created whole stories of suffering to come when in fact nothing of the sort is happening now.  Time acceleration is exasperating the issue because the bullets seem to be coming fast and furious until we realize they are existing in a place that we no longer choose to hang out in.

Do yourself a favor and turn things around right now.  You know what I am saying.  Find the one thing you have been creating potential crises out of and face into your fear as you realize it is a past pattern that does not need to be carried forward.

“Look, they are all zipped securely in their life jackets floating dead in the water! There must be hundreds”   From the movie Titanic

 This has always been one of my favorite scenes from this movie.  Towards the end of the night, the female lead character is floating alone and alive on an old door surrounded by hundreds of bodies floating dead in the frozen waters as the rescue boats arrive. She was the only one in the story who risked, defying society’s expectations, instead, going for her passion.

 So many times we fear for what might happen to us; all the “what if’s.” We plan, worry and often obsess missing the beautiful opportunities of the moment.  Those Titanic passengers died frozen with all their money in the bank and possessions that became quickly meaningless. You know I have traveled to sacred sites all over the world and I am always amazed and sad  when I encounter travelers who spend so much time worrying about their luggage; if they will be on time for the ferry; about their medications and on and on, missing the amazing, life changing and spectacular moments that they had traveled very far and spent much money to experience and enjoy.

 This morning, take a look at your life and find a place where you are focusing on a “what if” and worrying about what hasn’t even happened, missing your own beautiful moments.  Remember, your thoughts and feelings are creating those moments you are so worried about!  Change them.  It is a choice.
